How do I hang my banner?
There are as many ways to hang banners as there are places to hang
them. We provide metal grommets every 2-3 feet across the top of the
banner and on the lower two corners. The most common approach is to
use string, rope or bungee cords to attach the grommets to whatever
the situation offers in terms of tie points.
If you are hanging your banner where wind will be a factor you should
make an extra effort to keep the banner taut and minimize its ability
to 'whip in the wind'.
2. Will I need 'wind slits'?
Probably not! Wind slits are half moon shaped cuts in the banner which
are used in high wind conditions to allow the wind to pass through
the banner and reduce the wind loading on the banner itself. They
can be a blessing and a curse! While they do reduce the load on the
banners they can, in very high winds, provide a place for a tear to
begin. We do not provide them but, if your situation calls for such
extra measures you may easily add them using a paint can for a template
and cutting the slits with a utility knife. If your banner will be

3. How should I store my banner
when it's not in use?
Given some care your DVB banner can give you years of service. Cleaning can be done with soap and water or isopropyl alcohol. When storing it roll it-never fold it---with the graphics facing OUT!
4. Can I get
my logo or any other special graphic on my banner?
These great prices and delivery times prevent us from offering graphics.
We will add such devices as arrows, exclamations and normal punctuation
as required. However, if you require a graphic or a logo you may e-mail

describing your design. If you wish to include a file attachment please
be sure it is an EPS or vectorized file. We will respond with a quote
within 24 hours during the business week.
5. Can I get other special features
which I can't find in the Design Section....like double sided
banners or vertical banners?
In pursuit of our "Keep it Simple" policy we cannot offer
these variations within these price and delivery constraints. (For
instance, double-sided banners require a special material to insure
that you don't read both sides at once!) However, you may contact

6. Can I get
a proof without actually placing an order?
Sorry, but as you can imagine, this would be an enormous and unproductive
drain on our limited resources. We feel our order formats are simple
and straightforward and we prefer to focus on filling actual orders
in a timely manner.
7. How long will it take to get
a proof of my banner?
On business days we will e-mail you a proof within a 4-6 hours. We
are conveniently located in the middle of the country and on Central
Standard Time.
8. Suppose
I want to make changes to the proof you send me?
Simply REPLY making whatever comments or changes you'd like to see.
We will make the changes and e-mail you a second proof, again, within
4-6 hours.
9. How long will it take to get
my banner after I approve the proof?
Depending on the time of day we receive your approval we will ship
the same day or the next business day. Our normal shipping is by UPS
Ground but 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air options are available. Once
we turn your banner over to UPS you will receive an e-mail notice
of shipment and the tracking number.
