Our material and our craftsmanship are of the highest standards possible. To maximize strength we hem all four sides of our 13 oz. banners and place metal grommets every 2-3 feet across the top of the banner and in each of the lower corners.

Proofs
Once we receive your order we'll send you a proof for your approval within hours, most likely, the same business day. We may make alternative recommendations if we see something that can improve the effectiveness of your banner. You may approve or make changes to the proof and return it to us by e-mail. If changes are required we'll send you a second proof. Once approved we will make every effort to create and ship it on the same day or, certainly, the next business day.

Graphics
We will add bullets, asterisks, directional arrows and punctuation as needed but cannot add large-scale graphics or logos. If you require more extensive graphics please contact us a specialorder@discountvinylbanners.com.

Shipping
Normal shipping is by UPS Ground but 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air options are available. Shipping times from our very centralized location can be seen on the map. For map click here

Guarantee
Your DVB banner is guaranteed to be fully in accordance with your approved proof. These are extremely robust banners made from the finest of materials but since banners are subject to such a variety of installation and wind conditions the warranty is limited to color fading and the failure of the graphics to adhere to the banner for a period of 90 days. See our FAQ section for information on proper installation.
